Puppet, Tønsberg – Norvegia

Competing with selected operators, Norlux's proposal was chosen to provide a lighting solution for Nedre Langgate 19, a newly built 3,100 m² office building, centrally located in Tønsberg and just a short walk from the pier. We are thrilled to participate in this exciting project. In close collaboration with the architect and interior designer of the project, a lighting concept and solutions were developed that harmonized with their visions and at the same time met the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) requirements. On the 5th floor, suspended from the ceiling, the Puppet lamp hangs. This elegant collection of lamps consists of 30 handmade glass diffusers that hang 12 meters from the ceiling, creating a visual center from inside and outside the building. Puppet also performs as a single fixture in the common areas of each floor. Vistosi was an important collaborator, supplying a series of lamps used in offices and meeting rooms.
