At the tenth edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards, one of the most prestigious international design awards, Vistosi won in the Lighting category with Dione, the new collection from atelier oï.
This award celebrates design quality, innovation, and the ability to interpret the needs of contemporary living through solutions that combine aesthetics, technology, and design research.
The 2025 edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards saw extraordinary participation: over 2,000 brands from over 100 countries submitted thousands of entries, which were evaluated by an international jury of architects, designers, creative directors, photographers, and industry professionals. In this highly competitive context, Dione stood out for its originality, design quality, and ability to transform light into a true compositional element.
More than a simple lamp, Dione is a modular collection that transforms light into matter and space into a perceptual experience. A project that interprets the language of contemporary design through a perfect balance of formal purity, modularity, and visual lightness.
The collection is developed around two white frosted glass diffusers of different diameters, which can be used individually or combined with a third element that integrates two independent LED sources, which can be controlled separately. This solution allows for the creation of different lighting scenarios, adapting the lighting to the needs of the space and the environment.
The diffusers slide along the suspension cables and can be freely positioned at different heights, allowing for ever-changing configurations. The composition thus becomes dynamic and customizable, alternating simplicity and dramatic presence, resulting in a harmonious dialogue with residential, hospitality, retail, and contract projects.
Each component is designed to fulfill a specific function, without sacrificing formal elegance. The frosted glass diffuses the light uniformly and envelopingly, enhancing its quality and helping to create soft, welcoming atmospheres. The structure, available in matt steel and matt black nickel finishes, underlines the contemporary character of the collection, while the integrated LED technology ensures high performance, energy efficiency and visual comfort.
