The Vistosi Virtual Museum wins the 2024 Corporate Values Award

A new way to tell Vistosi's story

On December 3, 2024, at La Casa di The Human Safety Net in Venice, Vistosi received the 2024 Business Values Award, a prestigious recognition promoted by Confindustria Veneto Est to recognize the best narratives dedicated to the world of business and work.

The company was awarded in the "Business Visions" category for the Vistosi Virtual Museum, a project that recounts over four centuries of history through an immersive digital experience, combining cultural heritage, technological innovation, and design.

The Virtual Museum represents an evolution in the way the company's heritage is experienced and narrated. Born from a research and development process lasting nearly two years, the project was realized thanks to the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team of over twenty professionals, who combined expertise in architecture, marketing, digital experience, and multimedia content production.

The architectural concept, designed by atelier oï, draws inspiration from the identity of Murano and the historic glassworks of the Moretti family, reinterpreting its elements in a virtual environment that blends memory and modernity. The result is a digital space where tradition and innovation coexist in perfect balance.

An immersive experience of history, design, and craftsmanship

The exhibition unfolds along a boulevard symbolically crossed by the lagoon water, creating a sense of continuity between the exhibition spaces and the Venetian landscape. Over eighty Vistosi collections are presented, accompanied by interactive content, in-depth videos, technical information, and a virtual assistant to guide visitors through the product discovery.

The experience also allows visitors to virtually enter the glassworks, observing the glassmaking process and listening to the sounds that characterize the master glassmakers' work. The outdoor setting faithfully reproduces the atmosphere of Murano, making the visit even more engaging.

Behind the project lies significant development work, resulting in the creation of over 1,800 renderings, 90,000 3D frames, and more than 150 360° panoramic views, creating an immersive experience accessible from a variety of devices.

Sponsored by Confindustria Veneto Est, the Business Values Award recognizes initiatives that showcase the world of business through cultural, editorial, and communication projects. The "Business Visions" section, in which Vistosi was honored, is dedicated to companies that stand out for their ability to communicate their identity through innovative projects with strong cultural value.

The recognition received from the Virtual Museum confirms Vistosi's commitment to promoting its history through contemporary tools, making the company's heritage accessible to an international audience and projecting it into the future.

For Vistosi, this award represents important recognition of its work and its desire to continue investing in projects that combine culture, innovation, and manufacturing tradition, helping to showcase the excellence of Murano glass through an ever-changing language.
