Born in Silea, in the province of Treviso, in 1956, Oriano Favaretto is an Italian designer and artist who has forged his creative path by constantly moving between art, design, and experimentation. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in 1982, he developed a design sensibility in which aesthetic research, material knowledge, and functionality coexist in perfect balance. For Favaretto, design represents a form of timeless beauty, capable of transcending fashion and establishing an authentic dialogue with people and spaces.

The years spent at the Academy profoundly influenced his development, thanks to his encounter with Emilio Vedova, a master who instilled in him the value of gesture, sign, and expressive freedom. Subsequently, his collaboration with Ennio Chiggio, first as an apprentice and then as an associate, consolidated his interest in design that combines artistic experimentation and industrial culture. From these experiences emerges a personal language, essential yet rich in content, in which each object is the result of a continuous search for balance between function, form, and emotion.
